1. What materials are your scrunchies and headbands made of?
Materials used for each scrunchie and headband are stated in each listing.

2. Will you restock (insert colour)?
We cannot guarantee if a certain item will be restocked. When we do restock any sold out items, we will announce on our Instagram stories at @foi.my. Follow us for updates!

3. Will the elastics in the scrunchie last?
We use standard but extra sturdy elastics. This way, your scrunchie should last you a good amount of time. Your scrunchie should not be intentionally stretched when not in use.

4. I would like to send my purchase as gifts. What services do you offer?

5. Do you do bulk orders?
We currently do not produce mass quantities of a single style of each colour to reduce waste and also to allow for production of more variety of colours for you to choose from! If you need to purchase many quantities of a single product, kindly reach out to us on Instagram at @foi.my.
